Hi. I come here because I just had a strange bout of intense anxiety these past couple days. The really weird thing is wasn't because of anything in particular, but I did have a cup of coffee the day before all this happened. So, it either triggered something or made what I was feeling worse. I feel a bit better today. It slowed down.
Anyways, I was on this site for 2 months looking to change my diet. But now just joined this team because well, I do get anxious and would like to have some support.
