ERUPPERT, I completely agree with you about the physical activity and healthy eating helping the anxiety! I too am new to the team, on meds for anxiety and going through therapy. It can be tough but I find that this combination is best :) I wish you much success on your weight loss journey and with keeping your anxiety at bay

Hi everyone, I've been on SP about a month now. I have struggled with anxiety to varying degrees most of my life. A couple months ago it peaked again, and I sought medical help again. Since I started on my meds, I've been able to focus on developing a healthier lifestyle and improving myself through therapy. I feel like a totally different person than I did 6 weeks ago, and my husband keeps saying I'm the girl he met 3 years ago again.
I hope everyone else is finding that combining physical activity and healthy eating helps their anxiety level. I know I sure am!
