I love this team, too! I guess we're all so keyed up, there's always enough energy to be proactive in seeking solutions to care for each other. Lots of empathy and support. If we make a recommendation, you know we lived it. My thanks to everybody here. For anxiety and stress, I take medication, vitamin B complex and chamomile tea. I pray and do deep breathing exercises, try to think and work my way out of it. Last resort: freak out, but know that even freaking out can't last forever! Take good care,

Hi, I really enjoy this group the most of all the groups that I belong to. The support is really out there and everyone is here to listen and to help. Welcome to the group. I wish you the best. I recently went on insulin four times a day and have gained back almost half of what I lost so I know where you are coming from about the weight. My day is filled with a lot of anxiety and I take medication for it which helps but still have excess anxiety so enjoy the games that this group has. They are real stress relievers. Take care, Kathy

I found this page and thought... I may need this!As I posted on another page I am anxious to say the least.. I am on edge alot and fidgety my mind running 90 miles an hour and I cant stop it.

Add to that weight problems and you got a humdinger of a problem.. hopefully I'll be able to figure out what I can do to minimize my anxiety and stress..
