Hello! I'm Michael, and I work as a full-time web application developer. My job is very sedentary, so I am looking to become more physically active to counteract all of these hours spent in front of the computer. I'm looking to lose about 20 pounds and hope to incorporate regular exercise into my life permanently.
Some of my goals for this year not directly related to fitness are to visit Denmark and to grow my social circle. To achieve these goals, I will need to overcome some of my shyness and anxieties in social situations. This is going to be the year that I turn things around and work towards achieving my goals that I have previously written off as merely pipe dreams.
I hope to make some friends on here, and I hope that I can offer them the same level of encouragement and support that I receive. Thanks!
