I dealt with panic attacks for many years, so I hear you big time! But I've overcome so much through the years and I'm so glad to be here for you as we deal with lessening that anxiety/stress for you, my friend!
just wanted to say a quick hello, ive been on spark for the past couple of weeks now but i didnt think to acutally join an anxiety team. i've been living with anxiety disorder my whole life but recently found out what it was in 2007 or so. i think i really need some support as far as dieting and exercising goes because every time i start to lose weight, maybe like in my first 3 weeks or so, my AD gets super bad, and i have trouble eating sometimes too-not cause im not hungry or i think ill get fat but because im nervous. i think maybe its because im not using eating as a crutch to deal with my feelings anymore. does that happen to any of you? lol i also freak out if my heart rate gets too high when im exercising cause i think it brings back feelings of having a panic attack...
