Fantastic! It really does help and, especially, at the end of the day -- I do it every evening when I go to bed. And, I clasp my hands and lay them on my stomach -- then you can feel your body inhaling and exhaling and you're mind is on breathing and not on things from the day or tomorrow.

Deep breathing exercises are so important, and especially with our anxiety levels and the related panic attacks, etc.
