Hi! to the team! I'm sorry in the delay of my response. I'm certainly glad to have you here!
Dealing with anxiety can be tough, especially when life throws drama at us. I too tend to eat when anxious. It's a coping mechanism. I have found deep breathing and relaxation techniques to be very helpful. You can find relaxation cd's at most bookstores. Also perhaps try journaling your feelings. That can free up alot of emotions and clear your mind.

I have so much drama in my life right now that it is affecting my everyday activities. My way of dealing with anxiety is to eat my way through it. I am learning with spark people that there are ways to channel those feeling without harming my health. I am counting on you guys for support. Please help!
