HI & welcome
So sorry about your loss. I have a son over there now & one who was over about 3 yrs ago. I know it reeks havoc on your nerves. I am on meds also, it really helps to calm me down.
Never to look back at what was but what will come in the future.

Very sorry for your loss.
It is nice to meet you. I'm so sorry for your loss. I truly can't imagine your grief. Sometimes medicine is needed and I know it helps me. Would you be open to counseling too? i needed both to figure out why I was having anxiety attacks. Mine started when I was in high school, and I finally tackled it when I was 51 after the death of my mother. That was seven yrs. ago, and I feel so much better now.
Good luck, and let us know if we can help, Carol
If it is to be, it is up to me.
Very sorry for your loss. Welcome to the team.

Hi my name is Char. I have had anxiety attacks for around 15 years. It has gotten worse after my oldest son was killed in Iraq 4 years ago. I have found ways to deal with it but there are days it wins. I did go back on Prozac about 2 weeks ago, and it seems to help.
I look forward to getting to know everyone here.
