to SP and the team! So glad you are here.
Sorry your anxiety has been creeping up again. It has been my experience that drinking can lower the medications effects and increase anxiety.
Here on the team page under Information and Hot Topics there is a post called CB Therapy for Anxiety. There you will find some tips that I hope you will find helpful.
Keep us posted on your progress.

Welcome to the team Laura.
I just joined sparkpeople today and was pleasantly surprised to see all the different teams and how this is a site not just for weight loss but for overall health. I have been on lexapro for two years and have been pretty good since. After a bad weekend (last weekend) of drinking to much out with friends I experience bad anxiety and panic. I am starting to feel better but I am still bothered with anxiety. Each day is a little better than the last but I am trying to work through it without upping my dosage or new meds. Hopefully healthy eating and exercise will get me through. Thanks for listening!
