I'm really new to the site still but didn't see a team involving Anxiety specifically and decided to attempt creating one.
I suffer from general anxiety and am trying different techniques to manage it. Exercise, medication, therapy, and meditation or mindfulness (not easy to do for me yet).
It really began a couple of years ago after a car accident and progressed from there.
I'm hoping I've created a team that can be a support group for others who suffer from anxiety because it can be debilitating for many. I'm sure we could be a wealth of advice for each other as well.
