If you can run 5 miles now, you should have no problem running a half marathon six months from now. You might try a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot to build your enthusiasm.


You don't need to beat anyone else to be a winner.

Congrats! Know that you can still do half marathons and do walk/run intervals...I am proof positive....43 in just over two years and every one was walked in full or done with walk/run intervals =)
