Marisa, in my opinion, you picked one of the best venues for your first Half. I ran Savannah for my full last year and I just loved it. I love Savannah. I wish I could have done it this year too, but maybe the Savannah Half next year.

Hi, my name is Marisa! I actually just ran my first half marathon this past Saturday (Rock 'n' Roll Savannah Half). My best friend and I trained for the last few months, and we think we did fairly well for our first one! My time was 2:34:43. I would like to run more halfs in the future, so hopefully I can get some advice from others on this SparkTeam so that next go round I have an even better time.
