I have been running for 15 years, but due to injuries last year I had to take a long break. I gained 18 lbs and I am very unhappy. I can run now, but I feel like I am starting over completely. I have done 3 half marathons and I am getting ready to go for another one in February. I NEED motivation!! GOOD LUCK EVRYONE..PRAYING for you!!!!!
