That is a great challenge for sure! I think it always works best when you have a fellow friend that is moving along in the weight loss ring and can support you and your goals! You will both be winner! Keep us posted!

Way to go! Keep us posted. I've got my own bet with myself to walk/jog the Iron Horse Half Marathon in Midway, KY in October and then to run the RnR Lexington Half Marathon in March 2013. My "baby" turns 17 next week! Here's to losing baby weight!

Wow, thats quite a bet :) One thing that may help is to get deep tissue massages for your feet and ankles. It helped me alot and broke up adhesions that was preventing my foot issue from fully healing.
I loved running before I got pregnant.. I had some ankle issues with tendonitis but Once I got pregnant It hurt to much to run. SO to get the weight off a really close friend of mine made a bet with me. We are to loose as much weight as possible and get it shape by Feb 2013 for the St. Petersburg, FL Rock N Roll Half Marathon. Whoever loses the most gets their race fee paid for by the other person! :) Looking for lots of motivation, since I've only ever run 5ks and 10ks... and Im always worried about my one ankle that seems to always give me a fit!
