Hi there! I joined this SP because I will be running my first half marathon July 7th. (I am so excited!)
I am sort of a newbie runner. My entire life I never liked running, but in October I started running to lose baby weight (My son was born in August 2011) and I loved it! I have done 3ks, 10ks, and it is now time for me to step it up!
I have been following the hal higdon training scedule and it has worked out rather well for me so far.
Glad I could join all of you! I never thought I would be running a half marathon!
