Hi all! I have been running for a few years now and I have run five 1/2 marathons so far. I started running because I signed up for Team In Training and I caught the running "bug" from there. I also ran the NYC Marathon last fall. I have been lazy the last few months and I need motivation! I just signed up for a 1/2 marathon and I am starting a 12 week training plan this week.
