Yes, I can do chair based exercises, as long as they don't involve bending or twisting my spine. I do have some videos for them and use them at times.
I also did a workout with 3 pound weights today while sitting with my back supported and then later went for an hour walk. Once the weather is warmer, I will spend 2 - 3 hours a day in the pool also.
These are the things I already have on my list, am hoping to find others I might not have though of, in addition to Tai Chi.
