Hi Janet- Welcome to the team. Are you doing the program? The only thing I can say about washboard abs and toned thighs is that it's all about the diet.
I would love to have those abs too, but I'm pretty sure that after 4 9+lb babies, the only thing that's going to flatten my tummy all the way will be a visit to a plastic surgeon! Not sure I'd do that, but never say never, right?
Good luck on your journey!

Christie

We sure are getting alot of attention nationwide on politics- Obama and McCain camps are always down here...Interesting---Anyway! I wanted to introduce myself- I am a mother of two small kids- 2 and 4 yrs old. Married and work part-time as a college instructor-local community college- I love it! I just started this August...I lost 70 pounds since last Sept 07 and have been trying to lose the last 10 pounds or so-I am however at goal weight- A nice size 8 an/or 10- Would like to be more 8/6 size..I love weight lifting- I get a relaxation effect from it- and people notice how toned and defined I am...Compliments are great= However I need to work on some problem areas such as my stomach- I want wash board abs...And more toned thighs- That is it- not as easy as I thought...Anybody have an exercise or plan to help me get to my ultimate goal of having wash board abs and slender, non-celilute thighs? Let me know....
