My short-term mission is to get back under 200 and stay there. My long-term is to get down to 140 again. I can do it!!! I like to make the incremental goals for myself too, it is much more rewarding that way.
Hi all! I am the new Team Leader for this wonderful SparkTeam Women on a Mission! I stumbled upon this team a few days ago. This is the only team I am administrator on as I figure I should only focus my efforts here. I think this has good bones and could stand to be a little more lively! I am currently on a mission to lose more than 100 pounds in 10% increments! It is do-able and will not be a mission impossible for me. I am already 25 pounds down and still kicking.
My instructions to anyone today, what is your mission? Please share!
