It takes a lot of courage to face yourself & I applaud you for doing so. Keep the positive attitude and you will see the changes happen from inside out.

Thank you for the well wishes and I wish you much of the same on your lifestyle change!

Thank you for sharing - you are right SP is a great website and I have recommended this to many people that seem to be low on motivation but still want to lose the weight.

I made a number of excuses when I first joined SP but I was the only one holding myself back from my goals - I have losts inches and more importantly am more motivated than ever to not just lose weight but let go of the comfort eating.

Wishing you well on your journey!!

I am truly a woman on a mission. A mission that I have neglected for way too long. A mission to become a healthier, happier and lighter me.
I Love SPARKPEOPLE! This site has been such a wonderful source of guidance, inspiration and accountability that I tell everyone who asks me how I'm losing the weight about it. I will sing it's praises for a long time to come. It has helped this woman refoucs on what is important: ME.
There is so much to tell about me and it shall all be told...I am working on a memoir that will chronicle my life and even touch on the lifestyle change that began on 4/26/2010 and will be with me for the rest of my life....This woman's mission is hers alone but she will share it with SP so that she may motivate but also so that she may absorb inspiration from the beautiful ppl she encounters here...
