I'm Becky, I've been on Spark for a while now, but I can't seem to stay on a streak of more than a few weeks. This time I am truly determined to make a change. Where I live now there aren't too many fast food temptations, nor are there many restaurants to eat out at. . . That should help. The struggle will be staying active amidst the crazy weather up here. I'd like to lose about 100 lbs, but I don't ever remember being under 175ish, so who knows what 135 will look like on me. That's the number in my head, but if I get to the 150's and look amazing, then so be it :o) I'm looking for people who will push me and challenge me, and hold me accountable. . . I'd love to do the same for you.
