Hi Ladies - I'm new to the group, & it seems fitting with my personal goals for this year. I am out to lose most of the weight I have gained during college, my first jobs & my last year of marriage (that alone added 17 pounds!!!).
I graduated high school at 118. I am 5"7, and no longer run track daily, with 6+ miles, hundreds of sit ups & all the extras that coach ran us through. I'm shooting for a healthy 135 to 140.
I have my hubby picking up my new treadmill tomorrow & from then on....I'm on a mission =)
