I am glad you are totally on a Mission in 2009. I believe alot of ladies are in total agreement with you. You sound like you are well on your way to being on that mission and being success while on it. Hi Ladies - I'm new to the group, & it seems fitting with my personal goals for this year. I am out to lose most of the weight I have gained during college, my first jobs & my last year of marriage (that alone added 17 pounds!!!).
I graduated high school at 118. I am 5"7, and no longer run track daily, with 6+ miles, hundreds of sit ups & all the extras that coach ran us through. I'm shooting for a healthy 135 to 140.
I have my hubby picking up my new treadmill tomorrow & from then on....I'm on a mission =)
