Hi there! I am new here (in case the Topic Title didn't give that away) ;)
I'm 31 (almost 32 - and stretching it as long as I can lol), have 3 children, a husband, a dog, a cat, 2 rats, 2 birds, and a guinea pig (yes I love animals). I have had a weight issues for several years now. I've tried time and again to lose weight, and I did well for a while, but then life got crazy and I gave up. I've been back on track for a month now and am feeling great, so I'd like to keep this up. :) My life is much less stressful these days, and now that I'm done with school, I have a more time to concentrate on learning how to be fit and healthy.
