hi guys! my name is Nathalie. ever since i started pharmacy school they've been scaring me about all the bad things that could happen to me because of being overweight. when i started i gained 20 pounds from stress, eating junk food and not exercising. i have lost about 10 pounds but i want to get back to my ideal body weight to be on the safe side. got excited looking at the challenge to keep on track let's do it. prevention is best medicine! helps your self esteem, helps your pocket, and allows you to enjoy life. i want to be able to travel and not be tired all the time... so let's all do this together!i have a problem with consistency, so if any of you dont see me feel free to call on me what's up :-) ill try to do the same... ok that's it for now
