welcome to the team, I've been with sparkpeople 3 weeks, and this is a great team very supportive. I've been having a rough week and a half, because I got bore with walking as an exercise, but couldn't do any other exercises, I had surgery 4 weks ago. That should all end now, the Dr. gave me the OK to start exercising anyway I want to. I've bought myself a big ball, and I have the Biggest Loser workout DVD abd I want to try the 15 minute ball routine i saw on this site. Maybe next week I'll lose or stay the same..
