Welcome, Sonja. I'm a co-leader here. Hopefully, Psalm 31 and other Team members will be along soon to welcome you too!
I don't have a lot of exercise tips to give you. We do have a forum with some threads about exercise and fatigue. Feel free to check those out, and maybe others will have some tips. Mostly, lol, I use my MS as an excuse to avoid exercise. I think that stamina is more of an issue for me than fatigue, even. I tire quickly. I'm thinking of exploring some yoga. And, I do carry a pedometer daily, which help me keep track of what walking I do, and sometimes motivates me to increase it. Occasionally, I do a little strength training, but, I really should do more of that.
We have a thread in our General Team Discussion Board about MS Diets. If that's a change that you're considering, you can look into that thread:

Mostly, what I do, regarding diet, to lose weight and to try to manage my MS is to carefully count calories (and use some calorie cycling strategies), eat a diet that includes some anti-inflammation foods, limit simple carbs (such as white flour, breads, pastas, white rice, sugar, baked goods, etc) and include some healthy fats.
I'm also on Copaxone, and really recommend that everyone take one of the DMD's (disease modifying drugs) to try to decrease the frequency and severity of MS flares and delay progression of the disease.
