I have another option for you. Do you have an X-Box 360 Kinect? I do Zumba Fitness Rush and it is sooooo much fun! You can do one song or as many as you want. You can create your own playlist. It has all kinds of styles of songs. I can burn so many calories in just 45 minutes. I have danced for up to an hour. It is so convenient, and it is always there waiting for me, rain or shine.

I hope you find the right solution for yourself. Stay healthy, for you and your family.

I have tons of other types of excersise videos just collecting dust in my bedroom. Go to Zumba.com and click find a class. Put in your zip code and then try out different places and different teachers. Every teacher is a bit unique. You will feel more motivated by some than others or like the room or floor better. Either way, you'll have more fun, meet other people and move more, I guarantee this. I have been a licensed Zumba instructor for almost 3 years. I love it, and never get bored. I also am a Lifetime Weight Watcher. Together, the programs helped me get to goal, go below my goal and maintain for a over a year an a half now. I go to WW at least once a month if not more to get weighed.

I also have three kids. 2 are still home. You MUST take care of yourself first, so that you can be there for the kids and hubby. 'Been married since 1989.

I'm a mother of 3 boys, married, working part-time, volunteer and generally run a crazy life like every other woman out there. So, I'm really hoping I can get this "fitness" idea to work into my schedule.

I've found Zumba fascinating for a while; did it a few times from YouTube and love it; can't do a local class because of scheduling problems, so this brings me to ...

Any good recommendations for Zumba DVD's?? - I don't wanna buy some and then hate them. I'd really like to give this a go ... I seems to be a FUN way to move this bod and get some calories burnt!

Open to suggestions (and warnings) as to what to buy (or not buy).
