Hi Megan, I'm Beth and 53 years old. Never give up, is what I have to say. If you've been successful before, you CAN do it again. There is no magic bullet BUT what there is is 1-determination, 2-consistency and 3- healthy obsessiveness. Make yourself the priority. Get yourself to WW or whatever program you are doing. WW gave me the tools and Zumba, the motivation. I love dancing and soon after trying Zumba decided to become an instructor (many years ago I had been a WW instructor-when I was your age, in fact). That also helped me stay on track. Anyway, keep up the good work. Don't let yourself down.
