I got the Total Body Transformation Set for Christmas and have been using it twice a week. I've been incorporating Zumba in with Leslie Sansone DVDs and walking outside (I'm in training to walk a half marathon). However, I have managed to give myself a doozy of an overuse injury to my chest/shoulder muscles, along with a pinched nerve in my neck. I think I ramped up too quickly--Zumba is deceptive! :) I'm not complaining, except to say I can't do Zumba right now and it's beyond aggravating! I have found an exercise I really enjoy and want to get back to it...just a word of caution to folks who may be new to Zumba. Don't overdo!
