ZUMBA is deffinitely it! It does not feel like excersise. It's really fun, you will tone and get cardio at the same time and make new friends and enjoy the music and enjoy watching yourself shrink over the next year or two.

WW gave me the tools and Zumba gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going. I'm happy with who I am now.
I hate exercise! That being said....just like I am NOT on a diet...it is a lifestyle I need to find movement more than parking farther and taking the stairs...could zumba be it? It looks like fun!
