Hi everyone! My name is Angela and I am additcted to Zumba. I used to attend classes at a local studio, but I found I was unable to afford it. I bought Wii Zumba Fitness 2 and am loving it. It's not as fun as the actual classes because I am doing it by myself, but I love it nonetheless. I workout 4 times a week at 5am before heading to work. In the 2 months that I have been doing this, I have lost 10 lbs. I couldn't be happier.
Hi my name is Sonia I am 40 yrs old w/3 children and I have been doing Zumba for almost 2 yrs. I have not been doing it consistently but off/on when I find a class nearby with awesome instructors-- I stick w/it. I know taking Zumba classes leaves me good results because in the past I have been able to shed some inches off my waist and hips which I enjoyed. Therefore, since the beginning of this year I have once again joined this wonderful fitness of Zumba and am currently taking a Zumba class at the Y which has left me wanting more of the dancing although we only meet 2 x wk. I Hope to share and learn alot from others who like the spice in Zumba and may we encourage one another to keep at it for good health.
