Welcome to the party! Glad you're back to SP and found Zumba. It is a fabulously fun workout! You can track the calories burned in your fitness page. I'll warn you though - the number of calories burned SP estimates is low. Everyone is different but I burn between 400-600 depending on how much I move and engage my muscles when I take classes. I burn even more when I teach - the added adrenaline gives it a boost. I looked at the SP listing the other day and it said 318 calories. Good luck reaching your fitness goal. Zumba has helped a lot of people get to theirs. emoticon

Hi everyone - I've been using SP off and on for about 5 years now, but I've recently got myself interested in Zumba!!

I go to a local class once a week and have just purchased the Wii game, which is awesome and makes you sweat almost as much as the classes!!
