Hello, my name is Jen. I'm 28 years old, I work full time as a CNA and also go to school full time for nursing. Between work, school, and other every day duties I do not have a lot of extra time for anything else. I have lost 5 pounds so far while I've been using SP but want to lose about 20 more. This is the most weight that I have lost without using diet pills. I think this time I've actually done it for myself and not anyone else. I am tired of not being happy with myself. I want to feel good about the way I look and become for active again. A few years I was laid off for about a year from the factory I was working at and everything went down hill from there. I've recently joined a gym but not went much. Its hard for me to motivate myself to go alone. I love walking and riding a bike but again hate doing it alone. I've got to man up and get over it or I'll never reach my goals. I also want to start doing zumba. I need a lot of emotional help and encouragement because I give up on myself so easily.
