I agree with THESANEONE--take it slowly, enjoy your new baby and start adding Zumba to your exercise as you feel comfortable. You will be back in shape before you know it!!

You will have a lot of support from the ZUmba lovers on this team!!

Congratualtions on the baby!! Wow, 7 weeks. I remember those days. My youngest is 11 and my 1st baby will be 19 on Friday. My middle son is 17. Take your free time to sleep or shower and walk with the baby in the stroller outside, in a short while you'll be able to step it up and do Zumba and everything else. Eat sensibly and the baby weight will come off. Don't be hard on yourself right now, you're recovering from giving birth. It takes 6-8 weeks. I do think you'll enjoy Zumba, however. It's fun and the music is great. -Beth

I have always wanted to learn how to dance,... and right now I am a house wife trying to lose the baby weight, (7 weeks old today) So zumba seems like the most obvious solution for me

I am looking for buddies.

I have the zumab for wii, resistant bands, a fitness ball, and good ole running shoes.
