The Zumba Instructor class is a blast. You will burn lots of calories that day. Bring plenty of snacks, water and a change of clothes - I was drenched before lunch. I burned 2400 active calories that day. When I got home from the training, I called my trainer and told her how much I burned and how many calories I had eaten. (At the time, I was adding 60% of my burn calories to my base averaging 1400-1800 calories a day. I had eaten about 1400 calories definitely not enough to cover this burn.) She told me I had a choice - eat if I was hungry or just go to sleep to let my body recover. I ate a little and then crashed. I tell you one thing, the training made me a better student because I understood the base steps better.

Congrats and good luck!
