I've been active on Spark and doing the "exercise" thing (running, swimming, biking, etc) for about 3 years. I'd always heard of Zumba and dancing and thought it would be fun but was too afraid to try.
I tried it out a few months ago and now I'm addicted! It is a way better workout (for me) and I feel much better afterward (though tired and sore). I'm starting to plan my days around the classes. Kinda crazy. I'm also addicted to the music.
I really wish you could buy the ZIN music - think of how much money they could make!
