Thanks for the advice! I really like the sculpt and tone and the express workout. I tried Cardio party yesterday and some of the steps where a bit tricky...I think I might leave it until I get a little more practice!

I agree with Angie--just do whichever one you like the best or have time for. I also got the DVDs without any kind of "guide"--so I did the basic steps one a few times, then just tried the others to see which ones I liked best. I liked the "Live" one best by far, so did that one the most. I also like the express when I have very little time.

Do whichever routine you like best. Or whatever you have time for. No specific order it has to be done in. Or days. Do what you can, what you want. Something's always better than nothing.

The book introduces us to Zumba, how it started, gives some heart rate info, suggestion for the 10 day challenge. Nothing necessary. Can't remember it all. Haven't looked at it since I bought the DVDs.

Just enjoy! :)

I just started zumba this week and I love it!!! I have a 50min class once a week and a friend gave me the Cardio party, sculpt and tone and 20 minute express workout videos...however I dont know how often I should do which videos or if there is a certain order they should be done in. I checked the website and noticed that the videos come with a total transformation guide. I do not have this guide and am not sure how to use the videos..any help would be greatly appreciated! emoticon
