You know what to do, if that's what you want, then do it. You will love yourself so much and it will reflect in everything that you do. Consistency and persistance IS the magic pill.

WW gave me the tools and Zumba gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going. I'm happy with who I am now.

Hi, I'm starting again today to lose 17 lbs. But today I feel different from all those other days; today I have the tools to keep me dedicated and motivated. Tool 1- sparkpeople (thanks to strawberiessim), Tool 2- an exercise program that I'm enthused about: (a) 20 minute cardio circuit I can do at home [thanks exercise tv] & (b)zumba for kinect [I did it on Sat to try it out and I can honestly say it's worth every penny], and Tool 3- blogging/joining a sparkteam so I can have friends in the know. Wish me luck, as I do you. We're in it to win it!
