LOL! I can NOT dance, but still found this to be a great workout, mood lifting and challenging as well! I did the 60 minute Zumba Basics instructional DVD followed by the 20 Minute Express. It was great! I thought the 20 minute workout was actually easier to follow than the instructional workout LOL! I love how the express workout is divided into "songs" so there is a pause long enough to grab some water. I plan to design a few strength moves to do in between the songs to keep my heart rate up and get some resistance training into the same workout! I'm all about multitasking!
