I had the same problem when I started Zumba. So, this is what I did...since Zumba is a form of dancing I went to "My tools" tab then to "Fitness" tab "Add cardio" Search exercise by name: type in dancing. It came up with 3 choices. Slow such as fox trot (don't choose this) moderate such as disco, and fast like the twist. I usually choose fast unless I feel that day I did not give it my "all" then I choose moderate. Then type in how long you did it for. SP will figure out the calories burned for you. This # varies with people due to weight (& height?).

As for my workouts, FORGET THE "No pain, No gain." this does not work for me. "I will do it until I'm sore, and then I will soar!"
