I had the same problem when I started Zumba. So, this is what I did...since Zumba is a form of dancing I went to "My tools" tab then to "Fitness" tab "Add cardio" Search exercise by name: type in dancing. It came up with 3 choices. Slow such as fox trot (don't choose this) moderate such as disco, and fast like the twist. I usually choose fast unless I feel that day I did not give it my "all" then I choose moderate. Then type in how long you did it for. SP will figure out the calories burned for you. This # varies with people due to weight (& height?).
Good Luck & keep on Zumbaing!!

I've just signed up on SP and am so glad there are some Zumba people out there. I haven't met anyone who knows Zumba here in Southern Italy so I guess I get to be the one to share the Zumba love, but first I have to get it down, see some results and have a ball park figure on how many calories I will burn per session. Does anyone have an answer? I have the Zumba Cardio Party DVD. What range of calories can I HONESTLY burn? Thanks!
