Yes, I have the DVDs and I did them when I first started Zumba classes at my gym, so I could learn the basic steps. The DVDs are good-do them at least 3 times a week, more if possible. I have since given my dvds to my mom and a friend, because I have Zumba at the gym and the classes are MUCH more fun!! I also enjoy trying new Zumba routines I find on Youtube (check the link below for some of my favorites!)
I agree with TheSaneOne--check out the website for a class near you--they are a BLAST!!! Meanwhile, the DVDs are a great workout, and get you used to the routines and style..
