It's terrific! I attribute much of my 32 pound weight loss to: WW first, Zumba second, and 1/2 hour personal training 2x a week, third. I became a Zumba instructor to help pay for the personal training and because I absolutely love it. It's so much fun and I do NOT fell like I'm excersising, but I know I am.

Hiyas! I've been taking Zumba classes since 9/28/10 and have already dropped 29lbs! My first class was rough and i only lasted 10 minutes! Since then, i now take every Zumba class offered during the evenings and Saturday mornings; I'm addicted. We have 5 instructors at my YMCA and they all do great on keeping you motivated!
