The dvds are definitly worth the money. So much fun. I have had a suggestion to do yoga as well for strength and flexability!
Im not really sure about shoes, i do it bare feet, on floor boards. I suggest that you get straight into cardio party or sculpt and tone. I started with basic the first time, but thought if i was going to learn the routines properly, I should get straight into the main ones, so I started with sculpt and tone and after about 5 times I really started to do well, and remembered what moves came next. Throw yourself in the deep end, youl get it. I recently started doing cardio party and absolutly adore doing it, and i seemed to pick up the moves alot easier. Goodluck, Zumba baby!!
