Today was the first day I have done Zumba in Months! I wore my good tennis shoes with my arch supports in them and I felt like I was going to die! But it felt GREAT! I'm BACK!

Remember if you like to dance do it and if you like to scream randomly do that too. Smile at strangers, laugh in elevators. Skip for no reason. Live a good life!

I just joined my local gym on Friday and took my first Zumba class. It totally kicked my butt, but I had a blast! My next class is tonight. I'll start out going 3 times a week, but want to work up to more, alternating the strength training my fitness coach gave me yesterday as well.
