I'm Joyce and new to the group. I've been doing Zumba for about a month now and loving it. I only go once a week right now but starting tomorrow, I'll be able to go twice a week! YAY!!!
I'm very overweight and can't move as much as the others in class but love it! I'm considering buying the DVDs so I can Zumba home when I can't go to the classes.. but I wonder, is it worth it?
