I love Zumba! I also started to take this class to change up my exercise routine. I was hitting a plateau and figure a change might help. It did help and I look forward to it every Tuesday. I also started Kickboxing class that same week and never stop. Two amazing classes that keep me wanting more!

As for my workouts, FORGET THE "No pain, No gain." this does not work for me. "I will do it until I'm sore, and then I will soar!"
I just ordered my dvds and should be getting them tomorrow! I've been on SP for about 8 months but I've become a little burnt out on running and my other workouts, so I've been working out less and less
I'm hoping that Zumba will renew my motivation. I think this is something I could look actually look forward to doing everyday because I LOVE to dance!
