I'm with you there as far as sweating. Haven't got that far yet to lose a dress or pant size. But I am noticing the jeans are a little looser. Love the African portion of the cardio party. Have fun.
I just got Zumba DVD's last week and have done the basic and 20 min workouts. Today I started the 10 day challenge to lose a dress or pant size. I did the cardio workout. Wow--I was dripping in sweat! I really hope I can lose at least a pant size.
Is there anyone else out there doing this? Just wondering what your results are.
