Wear something you can move well in, something you'll be comfortable in, but prepare to sweat like mad! Shoes - you want something you can move in side to side and good support, and if you happen to have a shoe with low tread, that's great, otherwise wear what you have and pick up your feet. Don't pivot on heavy tread shoes.
