Don't worry about how you look. Just have fun and try to move all body parts at some point in the class. Everyone is most likely focussed on themselves and the teacher, that's about it.

WW gave me the tools and Zumba gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going. I'm happy with who I am now.

A great workout indeed!!! There's no right or wrong way when doing Zumba so no need to feel ridiculous. Join the group, enjoy and dance like you own it! emoticon

Hey, guys. I'm new to the group...I started doing zumba at home with the dvds a couple of months ago...I can't bring myself to go to a class, because I feel ridiculous doing it in front of people--but I love doing it by myself! (The cats don't think it's too weird...) Did the sculpt and tone workout (half with the toning sticks and half without) this morning and am wore out. Anyone else amazed at how worn out this can make you?
