Hey, guys. I'm new to the group...I started doing zumba at home with the dvds a couple of months ago...I can't bring myself to go to a class, because I feel ridiculous doing it in front of people--but I love doing it by myself! (The cats don't think it's too weird...) Did the sculpt and tone workout (half with the toning sticks and half without) this morning and am wore out. Anyone else amazed at how worn out this can make you?
