Welcome!!!
The Library has lots of workout DVDs. I was able to check out the entire Zumba DVD collection at my local Library! After viewing them you decide which ones you may want to add to your home collection.

ENJOY!!!

May the sweet smell of "Scentsy" be with you always!

Hi and welcome to Spark and Zumba. I started Zumba last Fall and decided I would be an instructor, and that's what i do now. I love it. It is fun, it is energetic, it's dance, it's aerobic, it's great for your weight loss efforts because it is fun and you will change your body. Try different classes near your home. Go to Zumba.com to locate classes near you and check them out because each teacher is a bit different from the next and you may find you click more with one than the other. I'm the kind of person who has all sorts of videos sitting and accumulating dust. I need to go out and be with other people to get some excersise done. And Zumba really fits the bill. It's not hard and it is more fun and more of a workout when you become familiar with the class. Enjoy.

WW gave me the tools and Zumba gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going. I'm happy with who I am now.

Hey everyone! My name is Jenni, I'm 33 and live in MN. I'm married with 3 daughters.

I just started Spark People on the 4th of July and have been having loads of fun with it.... and have recently been introduced to Zumba.

Wow! Does it ever look intriguing and like LOTS of fun. It seems as though your not REALLY working out... but in all actuality... you REALLY are. I am game for that!

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in the ways of DVD's to rent or full length videos online I would be able to view that gear towards beginners.

I would REALLY enjoy to add this to my daily routine. So I can not only have loads of fun, I can shake my middle right off me.

Thanks in advance!
